Already in the app?
Open Profile → Help & Support. You can send a request and read replies there. Suspended members can use Contact support on the suspension screen.
Account deletion
Open Profile → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot sign in, email the address above for help. We may need to verify account ownership.
Keep your account secure
Do not email passwords or verification codes. For a technical problem, tell us what you were trying to do and the error you saw. Avoid sending screenshots containing someone else’s private information.
